Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow the following (Only applicable to Reem Jewellery products with original Invoice or proof of purchase (Conditions apply)):

Within 24 hours of purchase:
Items can be exchanged either for gold or diamond jewellery. Jewellery must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.

Within 14 days of purchase:
Items can be exchanged either for gold or diamond jewellery. Exchange value will be calculated at the prevailing price for gold, and following the deduction of manufacturing costs and stone weight. Jewellery must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.

A refund is applicable within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced. Any changes incurred by Reem Jewellery, such as credit card charges, will be deductible if the refund is approved.

The following conditions must be complied with for a exchange to take effect:

  • Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
  • Earrings and studs cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene considerations.
  • Original certificates as well as the original box must be returned with the product. If you do not do this, you will be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and other materials.
